Week 5 Games I Hope to Not Lose Money On

This week's installment of GIHTNLMO (doesn't really feel like this acronym will stick, huh) is going to be a cut a bit short this week. My picks were a little rushed this week since actual work got in the way of my research (I'm sure I'm going to pay for this on Saturday). Without further adieu, here are the picks in descending order of confidence...

Indiana +17 vs Penn St.
3 score home underdog at home in a Big 10 matchup? Thank you Vegas.

Alabama -4 @ Florida
I'm jumping on the bandwagon. This defense is in another stratosphere. Alabama wins this one easier than anyone expects.

Washington +10 @ Utah
These teams seem very evenly matched and Utah's offensive strength (running the ball) does not match up well with Washington's biggest weakness (pass defense). This feels like a close game, 10 is too much.

Auburn vs South Carolina Over 60 points
Great offenses vs atrocious defenses = over wins.

Wiconsin -10 vs Nebraska
Nebraska is not in the same class as Wisconsin. They will be exposed Saturday night and Wisconsin will be in the drivers seat for a spot in the national title game (they play 1 ranked team the rest of the way: #24 Illinois).

Clemson +7 vs Virginia Tech
Given how well Clemson has played offensively, this feels like three to four points too much.

UConn -3 vs Western Michigan
UConn is a better team and is at home. Simple.

Last Week: 3-4
Season: 14-14-3
